What if my sample can't be processed?
If we can't process your sample (for example, under‑filled or insufficient), we'll notify you and send you a complimentary replacement kit.
How long until I see results?
Typically within 24–48 hours after our laboratory receives your sample, you'll get a secure notification to view your results in the Boomerang Kits App.
