At Boomerang Kits, we believe in making health testing easy, affordable, and stress-free. That’s why all orders include free shipping—both to you and back to our labs.

1.⁠ ⁠Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed the next business day.

In rare cases (high order volume, supply delays), processing may take up to 3 business days.

2.⁠ ⁠Shipping Method & Delivery Time

All orders are shipped via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail (depending on location and package size).

Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days.

Delivery times may vary based on destination, weather, or USPS service disruptions.

3.⁠ ⁠Free Return Shipping

Every kit includes a prepaid USPS return envelope so you can send your sample back to our certified lab at no cost.

Simply follow the instructions in your kit, place your sample in the prepaid envelope, and drop it in any USPS mailbox.

4.⁠ ⁠Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a USPS tracking number by email.

5.⁠ ⁠Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your kit arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us at support@boomerangkits.comwith photos so we can send a free replacement.

If your order is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your local USPS office first. If still unresolved, reach out to us and we’ll help.

While we cover shipping costs, we are not responsible for USPS delays outside of our control.
