What should I include in my message?
Please add your full name, order number, kit ID (if any), and a brief description. Screenshots help us resolve faster.
I can’t activate my kit—what now?
Double-check the kit ID and your account email. If it still fails, send us the kit ID and any error message and we’ll activate it for you.
Where can I track my order or sample?
Track shipping in your account. Lab status appears as Mailed → Received → Processing → Results in your dashboard.
When will my results be ready?
Most results are available within days of the lab receiving your sample. We’ll email you as soon as they’re ready.
Can you give medical advice?
We provide wellness information only and do not diagnose or treat. You can export your report to share with your clinician.
I need to change my shipping address or appointment.
