When will my results be ready?
Most results are available 2–5 business days after your sample reaches our CLIA-certified lab. We’ll email you as soon as they’re posted.
How will I know my results are ready?
You’ll get an email notification. Click the link to sign in to your secure results portal.
How do I access my results?
Sign in to your account using the email you registered with your kit. If it’s your first time, create a password and verify your email to enter the secure portal.
What if my results are out of range?
Your report highlights any out-of-range markers with plain-language explanations. We include next-step guidance and lifestyle tips. For medical concerns, share your report with your clinician or book a consult if offered in your area. This is informational and not a substitute for medical advice.
Can I download or share my results?
Yes. You can download a PDF to save or print, and securely share it with your doctor, trainer, or family. Your historical results remain available in your portal.
Who can see my results and how are they protected?
Only you (and any clinician or coach you explicitly authorize) can access your results. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and handled in compliance with applicable privacy standards.
What if the lab can’t process my sample?
If a sample is insufficient or compromised, we’ll notify you and send a complimentary replacement kit with clear instructions to recollect.
I forgot to register my kit or lost my kit ID—what should I do?
Contact Support with your name, email, and shipping address used for the order. After verification, we’ll help locate your kit and link your results to your account.
