Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every kit we ship. If you’re not satisfied with your experience for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right — whether that means a replacement, credit, or refund.

Returns & Refunds

• Unopened Kits: Return any unopened, unused kit within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Opened Kits: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used kits.
• Damaged or Defective Kits: If your kit arrives damaged, missing items, or defective, we’ll replace it or issue a refund at no extra cost
• Cancellations: Orders may be canceled if they haven’t shipped yet. Once shipped, the return policy above applies.

Prepaid Return Envelopes

Each kit includes a prepaid return envelope for your sample. The cost of lab processing and return shipping is included in your purchase price and is not refundable once used.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.
